Roseville Rotarians gathered for our regular Monday meeting and were greeted by a friendly handshake by Dick Einan.
President Brad called the meeting to order.  Dick lead the pledge; Rob Davidson was our Invocation leader. He did a remembrance of our wonderful member, Herb Mishke, who passed away last week.  Joan Kallenberg introduced visitors and guests.

Mark Herringshaw, Brad Kirscher
Julie Wearn introduced Mark Herringshaw.  Mark runs a consulting service called Giant Worldwide that specializes in transitions and succession in organizations.  Mark began his career as a minister then worked on to be a very thoughtful consultant in an area of great need.  We are in a season of change in many ways in our country and our world.  Unless the upcoming generations are appropriately mentored we will lose valuable intelligence and skills throughout many organizations.
Mark advised us to audit our competencies and spend valuable time mentoring others.  His talk was well taken on an interesting subject.
Thank you, Mark, for giving us your wisdom on this area.  For further information please contact him at
